B'nai B'rith Housing New England, Inc. is transforming the site of a tired 12,000 sq. ft, two-story retail and office building at 87-101 Blanchard Road into a vibrant and innovative 100% affordable senior housing development emphasizing a strong green connection between the site and the neighborhood. The development will include all one-bedroom units. BBH's award-winning, service-enriched housing model creates high-quality, affordable housing where seniors can thrive and participate fully in their community. The Blanchard Road development will feature common space amenities including a meeting room, library, fitness center and offices for a property manager and resident service coordinator. BBH works closely with area senior service agencies to promote wellness, health and educational programs for residents within the building.
BBH's award-winning, service-enriched senior housing allows our growing senior population to age in place by providing on-site Resident Service Coordinators to connect residents with service agencies and wellness programs.
